Minimum Order - We have low minimum $50 purchase requirement.

United States / Canada Shipping - We ship UPS ground service unless 2nd or 3rd day is requested. UPS only ship to actual street addresses, no P.O. Boxes please. Flat shipping charges $8 will be added to the order. Alaska, Hawaii, PR, Yukon or other area can not shipped by ground service may need extra charge to basic shipping cost.

International Shipping - All International orders postal mail. The shipping cost starts at $20.00. Please feel free to email us for a shipping quote.

Payment - Orders must be paid with major credit card ( Visa, MasterCard, Amex ) or PayPal. We do not accept checks or COD. We don't do Net 30.

Delivery Time - In most cases, We ship order on same day or next business day. During the holiday season or peak season, it is important to get your orders in early so that we can meet your deadlines. If you need your order by a specific date and will not accept the order later, please make this clear when ordering.

Cancellations - Once we receive your order electronically, you will receive an email receipt. If, for any reason, you wish to cancel your order, you may do so, provided the order have not been processed, you may cancel and receive a refund/credit. If the order have been processed and packed in our jewelry warehouse, then only 80% of total will be refunded (to cover cost of labour used). We do not accept cancellations if your order has already been shipped! After the order is shipped, it is the customer¡¯s responsibility to pay for all shipping fees incurred plus a 25% restocking fee.

Returns - We will refuse any returns without anuthorization number. All damaged goods or shortage must be reported by email directly to us within 10 DAYS after receipt of order, so we may file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. At that time, we will investigate the claim and will apply credit/refund once the carrier gives us credit. Email us for a return authorization # . Please show that # on the outside of the return. Save the box and packaging in the event that UPS needs to pick it up for inspection. A 25% restocking fee applies after 10 days to items that were shipped as ordered and are not damaged. Only the merchandise cost will be credited. No credit for shipping costs.

Backorders - We will ship whatever in stock. Our inventory may be slightly different from real inventory count. No backorder and no substitution.
